In April 2002, the Demerger scheme was executed, resulting in the issuance of shares in Galactic Enterprises Ltd to shareholders. As per the High Court-approved Demerger Scheme, each shareholder of The Victoria Mills Ltd. received ten shares of the new demerged entity.
