Raja Bahadurs Realty Limited, formerly known as Raja Bahadur Motilal Export Import Limited, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company engaged in the real estate and property development sector. The initial phase of the Company's esteemed residential project, 'Pittie Kourtyard,' comprising three wings—A, B, and C—was completed in 2017, with possession of flats currently being provided to buyers. Subsequently, with the requisite approvals from relevant authorities secured, construction for Phase-II, encompassing 'Wing D,' has commenced.
During the fiscal year 2019, the Company successfully concluded the RCC work for Phase-II, specifically for Wing-D, within its residential venture, 'Pittie Kourtyard.'
