Prime Customer Services Private Limited was established in Ahmedabad on March 30, 2007, in accordance with the Companies Act, 1956. Later, the company's status was altered to a 'Public Limited Company,' and its name was changed to 'Prime Customer Services Limited' through a special resolution dated February 28, 2008. A new certificate of incorporation reflecting the name change was issued on March 25, 2008, by the Registrar of Companies. The company operates as a customer-centric organization offering a variety of services to clients across different sectors. Its services include warehousing solutions, cold storage and ripening solutions, manpower solutions, packaging solutions, and trading of perishable food items, particularly fruits and vegetables, in both domestic and export markets. Initially focused on Western India, particularly Gujarat and Maharashtra, the company expanded its operations to include fruit and vegetable exports to the UAE starting in the fiscal year 2015-2016. In 2007, the company's inception involved the delivery of fruits and vegetables directly to customers' doorsteps using a small warehouse and a custom-designed mobile van shop.
