Additionally, the company provides merchant banking services such as capital/fund raising and financial advisory services for various types of offerings on the main board and SME platform of BSE/NSE. It also offers private equity, venture capital funding, angel investing, and equity raising through private placement. With a network of 65 branches and 521 business associates, Monarch Networth Capital Limited has a strong presence in 159 cities and 19 states across India. The company was previously known as Networth Stock Broking Limited and changed its name to Monarch Networth Capital Limited in December 2015. Established in 1993, the company is headquartered in Ahmedabad, India.
