To expand its product range, the company initiated the establishment of facilities for manufacturing forged combination rings, installing a new forging line in May 1987. Subsequently, in 1988-89, it obtained a registration certificate from the government for an increased capacity of rolled rings, both machined and un-machined, for bearing races, totaling 10 million units.
In 1991-92, the company further enhanced its production capabilities by adding supplementary balancing equipment to alleviate bottlenecks. Additionally, to meet the escalating demand for power, wind turbines were installed in 1993-94.
Mipco Seiko Bearings Ltd was merged with the company effective April 1, 1995, prompting a modernization effort in the machinery during 1995-96 aimed at enhancing productivity.
