MEFCOM Securities Ltd. and MEFCOM Commodity Brokers Ltd., along with its subsidiary Multi-Commodities Exchange (MCX), operate under the umbrella of MCML. Its international arm, MEFCOM Global Enterprise Ltd., specializes in commodities arbitrage and futures trading. Furthermore, MCML serves as the holding company for Mefcom Agro Industries Ltd., which focuses on manufacturing and exporting agro-based food products. It is also poised to become the holding company for Mefcom Securities Ltd., a member of DSE, BSE, NSE, and OTCEI.
As of March 12, 2012, Mefcom Infrastructure Projects Ltd. ceased to be a subsidiary of MCML. The company issued 1 million equity shares upon the conversion of 1 million fully convertible warrants and forfeited 800,000 fully convertible warrants due to non-payment of allotment money. Consequently, these shares were listed on the BSE on May 8, 2012.
