In 2005-06, Lancor Properties Limited was merged into the company, and Lancor Projects Private Limited became its wholly-owned subsidiary, leading to a change in the company's status to Lancor Projects Limited. Subsequently, projects such as 'Abode Valley' and 'The Central Park South' were launched in 2008. The amalgamation with Lancor G: Corp Properties Ltd took place in September 2007, resulting in the issuance of equity shares to G:Corp Pvt Ltd.
The company launched two phases of the Central Park project during 2008-09 and a third phase in 2010. It also established three subsidiaries in 2011: Lancor Guduvanchery Developments Limited, Lancor Egatoor Developments Limited, and Lancor Sriperumbudur Developments Limited, initiating projects like 'Town & Country' and 'Lumina'. Moreover, it acquired land opposite 'The Central Park', named 'Central Park (Lake Front)'.
In 2011-12, Lancor Projects Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary, merged with the company. Similarly, in 2014-15, Lancor GST Developments Ltd and Lancor Realty Limited merged with the company as per the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras.
