In May 1993, PCL initiated a rights issue to partially finance a project involving the conversion and packaging of imported photographic color films into roll cartridges in Bicholim, Goa, with technical support from Konica. In 1999, the company ventured into the Medical & Graphic products segment. Software and network-related operations were consolidated under the Phil Net Division, focusing on developing applications for the core imaging business, leading to notable achievements such as The Phil ID Form and the Phil Photo Station.
In the period 1999-2000, the launch of Konica Centuria in four film speeds (ASA 100, 200, 400, and 800) garnered significant success but was discontinued midway due to complexities. The camera range was expanded with the introduction of the Phil One Shot camera, distinguished for its class-leading performance. Konica Golden Dragon paper received favorable reception in the market for its exceptional attributes.
In 2010-11, Gokhatak Enterprises Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary, was merged with Kore Foods Limited, consolidating the business operations of the former under the latter's umbrella as of August 6, 2010.
