In 1995, Jindal Hotels embarked on a new venture, establishing sites in natural surroundings within 100 kilometers of the city. To fund this expansion, the company issued 1,762,500 equity shares at par value. The project was partially financed through internal accruals and primarily targeted business executives with a minimum two-day stay requirement.
During the fiscal year 1995-96, the company augmented its capacity by 40 rooms and enhanced existing facilities. The room expansion project concluded on February 28, 2003. Subsequently, the company achieved a total of 115 rooms by April 2009, unveiling the largest banquet hall in Vadodara, the 'Ball Room,' in November 2012. Room renovations for the existing hotel building were finalized by October 2013, increasing the guest room count to 132.
Further expansion and renovation projects were completed during 2016-17, reinforcing the company's commitment to growth and service excellence. Since June 2017, Jindal Group and Company have been under the management of ACCOR Group of Hotels, a global entity renowned for its portfolio of 5,445 properties across India under various prestigious brands such as Grand Mercure, Fairmont, Pullman, Sofitel, Novotel, and Ibis.
