Garv Industries Limited was established as a limited company on October 12, 2017, with the aim of formalizing years of amicable relationships and business expertise in the aluminium and fabric markets, thereby transitioning the entirety of the family business into a corporate structure. Mr. Rishu Agarwal, one of the promoters, engaged in aluminium product trading in Delhi from 1996 to 2008 through his H.U.F. Another promoter, Mrs. Daya Bansal, operated a proprietorship firm named 'Indian Sales Corporation' involved in fabric trading from April 2011 to March 2013. Subsequently, the promoter has been indirectly involved in aluminium and other trading activities through financing operations conducted in the NBFC - R.S. Services Private Limited (its corporate promoter) since 2010 till date. The company functions as a multi-product trading and distribution entity dealing in a diverse range of aluminium and textile products. Promoted by Rishu Agarwal and his family, who collectively possess extensive industry experience and profound business acumen within the trading circles of Delhi, they have operated in this sector through family proprietary concerns, individual businesses, and partnerships. The company intends to utilize its promoter networks within the Delhi trading community, along with its robust financial position, to expand its footprint in the aluminium, metal, and fabric segments across Northern India. Currently, the company is in the process of establishing a trading vertical focused on quality and innovation, as well as assembling a competent team to meet its anticipated growth in operational requirements.
