In 2007, the company acquired Mayfair Banquets Private Limited (MBPL) through a Scheme of Arrangement, which became effective from July 21, 2007. As part of this scheme, Leman International Private Limited, a subsidiary of MBPL (now merged with the company), became a subsidiary of Graviss Hospitality Limited. Pursuant to this arrangement, 58,62,171 Equity shares were issued to the former members of MBPL.
Additionally, the company acquired 10,000 equity shares, representing 100% of the total paid-up capital and voting rights of Kwality Resorts and Hospitality Private Limited. Consequently, Kwality Resorts and Hospitality Private Limited became a wholly owned subsidiary of Graviss Hospitality Limited, which was later converted into a Public Limited Company on June 29, 2007. In the fiscal year 2008-09, the company initiated operations for Mayfair Banquets in Bangalore, Gurgaon, and Ahmedabad.
