In the fiscal year 1991-92, the company entered agreements with Ventura Software Inc. from the UK and Logitech from Switzerland to distribute cutting-edge products such as Ventura Desk Top Publishing Software and Logitech computer peripherals in SAARC countries after repackaging.
In November 1991, Computer Point Ltd issued 2,000,000 equity shares at par value of Rs. 10 each through rights offering on a 1:1 basis, all of which were subscribed. Additionally, 100,000 equity shares at Rs. 10 each were offered to employees.
