Originally established and registered as a partnership firm under the Indian Partnership Act 1932, Bindal Exports Limited Company operated under the name 'M/s. J.B. Exports', as per a partnership deed dated February 04, 1997. The name was later changed to 'M/s. Bindal Exports' effective from March 31, 2007, following an application submitted to the Registrar of Firms, Surat. Subsequently, the entity transitioned into a Private Limited company, named 'Bindal Exports Private Limited', under part IX of the Companies Act 1956, receiving its certificate of incorporation on May 22, 2007, from the Registrar of Companies. Later, in accordance with a resolution passed by shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on August 29, 2016, the company converted to a Public Company, changing its name to 'Bindal Exports Limited', and obtaining a fresh certificate of incorporation dated September 07, 2016, from the Registrar of Companies. The company's activities include supplying processed fabrics, trading fabrics and grey cloth, and undertaking job work operations such as embroidery, Tikli work, and Glitter work. It possesses stitching and cutting facilities along with necessary machinery to fulfill customer value addition needs. Its product range encompasses various fabrics like polyester, viscose, and rayon, catering to both domestic and international markets. Additionally, it has been recognized by the Government of India as a 'One Star Export House', holding a valid certificate from the Director General of Foreign Trade. Over the years, the company has received multiple awards from organizations like the Synthetic & Rayon Textiles Export Promotion Council (SRTEPC) and the Southern Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industries, Surat (SGCCI), acknowledging its significant contributions.
