Founded in 1984, the company is situated near Village Bavla, away from Ahmedabad, and is recognized as a leading manufacturer of CI & SGI Castings in Gujarat. Currently, it boasts a manufacturing capacity of 18,000 MTPA for highly specialized Cast Iron (SI) & Spheroidal Graphite Iron (SGI) Castings.
In 2010, the company initiated the implementation of the high-pressure molding line project, 'DISAFLEX 70'. Two years later, in 2012, it upgraded its furnaces, replacing the old ones with new Inductotherm make Tri Trak Furnaces renowned for their energy efficiency and high capacity.
Furthermore, Bhagwati Autocast Limited began the commercial operations of its ground-mounted solar power plant for captive consumption on March 28, 2022.
