Operating across four key business verticals - Power Transmission, Power Distribution, Monopoles, and International EPC, the company boasts a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Ranjangaon MIDC, Pune.

Its business encompasses end-to-end EPC solutions tailored to meet the specific needs and opportunities of its customers, with a primary focus on two sub-segments: power transmission EPC and power distribution EPC.
Under the terms of the Scheme, Bajel Projects Ltd. issued and allocated 11,51,01,953 Equity Shares to the shareholders of BEL.
