In August 1999, the Ansal group initiated a significant restructuring plan, which involved consolidating certain operations of AHCL, APIL, and AB. The expansion into the infrastructure sector was postponed, with a renewed focus on real estate and hotel ventures. In 2001, the company embarked on a new project, Panchvati Enclave (Meerut), in collaboration with Meerut Development Authority.
During the 2003-04 fiscal year, the company launched three new 'Residential Projects': Garden Enclave in Ghaziabad, Ansals Green at Kolar Road in Bhopal, and Ansal Pradhan Enclave in Aerara Colony, Bhopal. Additionally, it introduced another restaurant called The Great Kabab Factory (TGKF).
In subsequent years, the company continued to unveil new projects such as the Group Housing Project 'NEST' in Lucknow, Panchwati Enclave in Meerut, Garden Enclave in Ghaziabad, East End in Loni, Ansals Green at Kolar Road in Bhopal, and Ansal Pradhan Enclave in Aerara Colony, Bhopal during the 2004-05 fiscal year. M/s Maestro Promoters Pvt. Ltd. and M/s Wrangler Builders Pvt. Ltd. became subsidiaries of the company on November 29, 2004, and November 30, 2004, respectively. The commercial project in Agra was launched in 2009-10, followed by new commercial ventures in Karnal and Yamunanagar in 2011-12. The company also initiated residential and commercial projects in Gurgaon, Ajmer, Meerut, and Jhansi during the 2013-14 fiscal year.
In the fiscal year 2018-19, Rishu Buildtech Private Limited and Sonu Buildwell Private Limited ceased to be wholly-owned subsidiary companies of Ansal Housing Limited, effective from December 5, 2018, and January 28, 2019, respectively. Furthermore, the company's name was changed from Ansal Housing and Construction Limited to Ansal Housing Limited on December 18, 2018. M/s Enchant Constructions Private Limited also ceased to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company following the transfer of 100% shareholding by the company, effective from December 5, 2019.
