In September 26, 1997, the company approved a special resolution to venture into manufacturing and marketing various electric instruments, components, ferrite rods, capacitors, rectifiers, integrated circuits, printed circuit boards, computers, mini computers, and compounds. Consequently, on November 25, 1997, JRC Finvest Limited changed its name to JRC Industries Limited.
During 1987-1988, Addi Worsted Limited, Addi Fashions Private Limited, and Addi Woollens Limited merged with the company. In 1989-1990, the company expanded its worsted yarn plant from 2400 to 6000 spindles. In 1991-1992, it installed woollen, cotton knitting, and dyeing plants, and in 1994-1995, it successfully entered the export market to the USA and other nations. Additionally, in 1995-1996, the company inaugurated its Cotton Spinning Unit at Sikandrabad.
By 2000-2001, Addi Industries Limited established a strong reputation for quality products in international markets. In 2003-2004, it ventured into the domestic market with three retail outlets and continuously upgraded its machinery, expanded and diversified its plants and products.
In 2006-2007, the company expanded its domestic presence by opening more retail outlets, including franchisees, and introduced new product lines to meet market demands. On April 01, 2008, it changed its name to Aadi Industries Limited. The following year witnessed a surge in exports of readymade garments.
