Citing a lab report, TTD on Friday said 'lard' (pig fat) and other impurities were present in the ghee.
TTD executive officer J Shyamala Rao said laboratory tests had revealed the presence of animal fat and tallow in the selected samples and the board was in the process of blacklisting the contractor supplying the 'adulterated' ghee.
