Directed by Santosh Singh, the show revolves around the Balakot air strike conducted by the Indian Air Force on a terrorist camp in Pakistan on 26 February 2019 in response to the Pulwama terror attack. It also shows what happened behind the scenes during the watershed event. Sharing his experience of working in 'Strategy', Jimmy said, "I was surprised by a lot of things that happened behind the scenes in Balakot. That's what sets this series apart from others.It portrays the series of incidents that happened during Pulwama and Balakot and how they were dealt with. Furthermore, I would also like to credit Santosh Singh for his ability to enhance the series by including subtle impactful details in his character. Further adding, “I love working with young directors like Santosh Singh, not only for the fresh approach and innovative His ability to bring perspective, enrich the creative process. I don't try to find points of relatability with the characters; if I like a character, I work with the directors to refine it. My idea of ​​a character is to stay true to the essence of that character and bring them to life authentically.
