MAA MAHISAGAR GARBA MAHOTSAV

Navaratri is a biannual and highly revered Hindu festival that is celebrated in honor of Mother Goddess Durga. It spans over nine nights, first in the month of Chaitra and then again in the month of Sharada. The Mahisagar Mata temple is located near the bank of the river Mahisagar. This temple, along with its surrounding area, is well-maintained. Devotees visit this place with great faith and take a holy dip in the river. The temple management organizes the local Navratri festival here every year, attracting a large number of participants.
